Sakura Momomiya is one of the supporting characters in the manga and anime series Tokyo Mew Mew.

Appearance and PersonalityEdit

Sakura has short cherry red hair that frames her face. This, and her large brown eyes and light skin, show that Ichigo's appearance greatly resembles her mother's. Sakura's age is unknown, but she looks very youthful. Sakura is a sweet, young woman. She knows Masaya Aoyama and is happy about Ichigo dating him, unlike her husband Shintaro, and she is also more understanding towards Ichigo than Shintaro.

• Sakura Momomiya's name translates to "Cherry Blossom" (Sakura) and "Peach" (Momo).
• Sakura is unaware that Ichigo is a Mew Mew.

  The reason for Sakura does not mind Masaya and Ichigo's relationship is that, when Sakura was around Ichigo's age, she began dating Shintaro. However, her own father was like Shintaro, and very strict. She ultimately tried to fight her father to allow Shintaro to date her.
